At PawGlam, we ensure that all collars are quality checked before mailing out to you. Every collar now has an improve version of bullet punch at both ends of the collar for stronger durability while the collar is on the pet especially for walks. Also accessories on the collars are now mainly sewed on and bullet punched onto every collar.
Should any accessories EVER detached from the collars due to mishandling during the mailing process, please contact Aiwei at +65 6342 1223 / 96600 180 on Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat 10am - 2pm or email: pawglam@yahoo.com to arrange an appointment to have the accessory reinstated for FREE.
