1. Disclaimer
When you shop at www.pawglam.blogspot.com, you (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Purchaser’) are bounded by the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’). PawGlam shall by its best effort ensure that every product is safe for animals. The Purchaser shall read the safety tips provided before purchasing PawGlam!’s accessory collars.
2. Prices
Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollar and exclusive of shipping fees. PawGlam! reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
3. Designs and Product Presentation
3.1) Due to different monitor’s colour settings and technical configuration, PawGlam!’s product’s colour presentation on its website may vary slightly from the actual product that the Purchaser shall received.
3.2) Designs of the same style may vary according to the availability of its materials. PawGlam! shall by its best effort maintain the same look with material replacements.
4. Liability
4.1) PawGlam! shall by its best effort ensure that the Purchaser have a pleasant time shopping at its website. However, due to the vulnerability of the internet, PawGlam shall not be hold liable to any internet menace, including but not limited to viruses, spywares and malwares that have intruded into the Purchaser’s computer.
4.2) By purchasing PawGlam!’s accessory collars, the Purchaser understands and agrees to abide by the safety tips. The Purchaser shall not hold PawGlam! and it’s staff for any losses, court claims, damages, medical expenses as well as any other procedures and consequences arising from the failure to follow the safety tips.
4.3) Every PawGlam product sent out is carefully quality checked by PawGlam!’s staff. Every product is bubbled wrapped in an envelope to ensure that the Purchaser shall receive the product in its best condition. The Purchaser shall not hold PawGlam! liable for any unforeseen damages or defects to the product during the shipping process.
5. Termination
PawGlam! reserves the rights to deny access to the Purchaser in any event that the Purchaser is found guilty of breaching this Agreement.
6. Notices and Payments
All correspondence and fees shall be directed and transferred to the addresses and bank account details provided by PawGlam!.
7. Warranties and Representation
The Purchaser hereby makes customary representation and warranties that the payment details provided are valid and correct and the payment made is authorized by the Purchaser or authorized by the Purchaser’s affiliate if the payment is issued under the Purchaser’s affiliate’s bank account.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, and supersedes any prior agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
8.2) A failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided by this Agreement or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of other rights or remedies.
8.3) Should any provisions of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, inoperative or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect any other provision hereof and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
8.4) This Agreement cannot be changed in any way or terminated, unless an agreement in writing, signed by both parties is obtained. Should any provisions of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, inoperative or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect any other provision hereof and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
