If you want to pay through Internet Banking Transfer, you can place an order using our order form provided. An example of a completed order form can be found here. Please state clearly the name, model number and size of the collar and fill in your particulars and email it back to pawglam@yahoo.com. Please allow at least 1 working day for me to process your order and you will receive a confirmation email. Orders received on a Singapore public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Upon recipient of the confirmation email in pdf, kindly make your payment and notify me by email once the payment has been made.
Production of your collar will start once the payment is received and please allow 2 to 3 working days to complete your collar’s production. As PawGlam collars are exclusively designed and every collars are unique, the design for the same style may slightly vary depending on the availablity of the stocks from suppliers. Customers will be updated for any design change. After your collar is manufactured, I will email you a delivery note and your shipping details.
After you have made your payment and the production of your collar starts, no cancellation of order, change of model and size and refund will be entertained because these collars are order-to-make. You will still receive your collar even if you have changed your mind. Therefore, please decide very carefully when purchasing a collar for your pet.
Shipping within Singapore
Your collar will be delivered to your doorstep via SingPost registered mail. Please provide me with your particulars in the form provided and email it to pawglam@yahoo.com
Please allow 1 to 2 working days to receive your collar after it has been sent out. You will receive an email or a sms notification when your collar is sent out.
Kindly arrange yourself or your family member to be at home to receive your collar. You will have to go down to a designated SingPost branch to collect your collar if you missed the postman.
The cost of registered mail will be bundled with the price of the collar and you will be advised on the total cost in your order confirmation email.
International Shipping:
Your collar will be delivered to your doorstep via Federal Express. Please provide me with your particulars in the form provided and email it to pawglam@yahoo.com.
You will be given a tracking number provided by Federal Express. You can use this to know the expected date to receive your collar and track the whole shipping progress via their website http://www.fedex.com/.
Kindly arrange yourself or your family member to be at home to receive your collar.
The cost of shipping will be bundled with the price of the collar and you will be advised on the total cost in your order confirmation email.
Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering. These additional costs are not part of the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is your responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.
