Shipping:

Shipping within Singapore.

Your collar will be delivered to your doorstep via SingPost registered mail. Please provide me with your particulars in the form provided and email it to pawglam@yahoo.com

Please allow 1 to 2 working days to receive your collar after it has been sent out. You will receive an email or a sms notification when your collar is sent out.

Kindly arrange yourself or your family member to be at home to receive your collar. You will have to go down to a designated SingPost branch to collect your collar if you missed the postman.

The cost of registered mail will be bundled with the price of the collar and you will be advised on the total cost in your order confirmation email.

International Shipping:

Your collar will be delivered to your doorstep via Federal Express. Please provide me with your particulars in the form provided and email it to pawglam@yahoo.com

You will be given a tracking number provided by Federal Express. You can use this to know the expected date to receive your collar and track the whole shipping progress via their website www.fedex.com .

Kindly arrange yourself or your family member to be at home to receive your collar
